MGA Grant and Aid Application Process
Beginning during the 2024-2025 school year, Mesa Grande Academy will now be utilizing FACTS Grant & Aid to conduct a financial need analysis for individuals for the upcoming school year. Families who would like to be considered for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Applications can be completed online by visiting mesagrandeacademy.org and clicking the link for “FACTS Grant & Aid Application” under the Admissions tab.
Please prepare to upload the following information with your application, as well as the $40 application fee:
- Copies of your latest Federal tax forms
- Copies of your latest W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation and TANF
All documentation may be uploaded in pdf format online.
